1. Legal Drinking Age Affirmation
Access to our curated collection is strictly limited to individuals who are of legal drinking age in their respective country and jurisdiction of residence (minimum 21 years of age in the United States). By proceeding to browse or order, you solemnly affirm your compliance with these age regulations.
2. Product Presentation & Pricing
We represent bottle labels, physical conditions, and historical vintages with complete precision. However, due to the rarity of antique whiskies, vintage cognacs, and fine spirits, minor bottle variations or cellar wear may occur. Prices and allocations are subject to change without prior notice based on global market rarity.
3. Procurement & Secure Payments
All online transactions are subject to cardholder verification and credit authorization. We reserve the absolute right to refuse, limit, or cancel any high-value order that exhibits characteristics of speculative arbitrage, retail resale, or unauthorized corporate procurement.
4. Intellectual Property
All original artwork, website typography, photographic content, logos, and custom layout styling are the exclusive intellectual property of Elm Grove Liquor and are protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized commercial duplication or digital reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elm Grove Liquor, its parent entities, directors, or master curators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, safe storage of purchased spirits, or compliance with shipping transit laws in the purchaser's region.
