Every bottle in our rare spirits vault undergoes a rigorous double-verification process. Our certified Master Curators physically inspect each bottle’s glass molding, cork integrity, label typography, and fill level. Where applicable, we acquire bottles directly from the estates, historic private collections with impeccable provenance, or reputable official auction channels.
Spirits and fine wines are sensitive to temperature changes and vibration. All orders are packed in highly insulated, custom-engineered packaging. High-value bottles are transported in temperature-controlled transport vehicles kept consistently at 13°C (55°F) with optimal humidity levels, preserving the absolute quality of the spirit and preventing cork shrinkage.
We ship nationwide and internationally, subject to regional customs and import laws for alcohol products. For ultra-rare bottles or bulk private cellar procurement, we offer private courier transit and white-glove hand-delivery directly to your private storage facility or residence.

Due to the highly sensitive, valuable, and perishable nature of premium spirits and vintage wines, all sales are final. However, if a bottle arrives damaged or does not match its physical description, we request that you contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue through our secure guarantee program.
